European Export, Freight & Commercial Delivery

How KASUWOOD OÜ plans commercial orders and deliveries across Europe, from first enquiry through to goods arriving on site.

Every shipment is planned around the same variables: product, specification, packaging, quantity, destination and receiving conditions. Once those are confirmed, we quote the transport option that fits the order.

How We Plan Deliveries

Supply Coordinated From Estonia

KASUWOOD OÜ is based in Estonia and does not operate local offices abroad. Depending on stock availability, product type, customer destination and transport requirements, we plan loading and EU truck delivery from our Estonian supply base to buyers across the continent, including Austria and Germany.

Typical Delivery Target

Typical European delivery target: approximately 3–5 working days after order confirmation, payment confirmation and dispatch preparation, depending on destination and logistics conditions.

Delivery time depends on stock availability, loading location, transport booking, destination, route conditions and order confirmation — it is a working target, not a guaranteed transit time.

Product & Packaging Confirmation

Before shipping we confirm product type, specification, bag size, pallet configuration, total weight, loading quantity, destination and transport requirements.

Commercial & Shipping Documents

Proforma Invoice, Commercial Invoice, Packing List and CMR as standard, with quality documents, certificate or COA, inspection documents and origin documentation where applicable.

Receiving Requirements

Delivery access, unloading equipment, site restrictions and preferred receiving hours should be shared during the quotation stage so transport can be booked correctly.

Documentation

Payment Instructions

Customers must follow only the bank or payment instructions shown on the official Proforma Invoice for their order. If anything looks inconsistent with your Proforma Invoice, contact us directly before paying.

Regulatory Readiness

European Timber Regulation & Sustainability

Wood and wood-derived products placed on or exported from the EU market fall under the EU Deforestation Regulation (EUDR). Current European Commission guidance describes a phased application timeline for large, medium and smaller operators — the exact dates have been adjusted more than once, so we recommend checking the official page below for the current position rather than relying on a fixed date.

Our practical approach: we keep product identity, origin and supplier records organised, and we ask destination-specific documentation questions early in the quotation process so requirements can be confirmed before goods are loaded.
